What this means for you
Your account with your pet’s clinical history is held within a secure shared database. This will enable us to securely transfer your pet’s records to our Shrewsbury branch. This is just 7-8 miles from Shawbury and offers better parking, better client facilities (separate cat waiting area) newly refurbished premises with more clinical services available. Unfortunately we will no longer be offering a pet grooming service.
Healthy Pet Club
Your membership of The Healthy Pet Club will automatically transfer to our Shrewsbury branch together with details of your account. You can continue to enjoy your usual discounts and savings.
Please note, there will be a change in your Healthy Pet Club reference number which will show as different on your bank statement for the monthly direct debit. If you have any concerns regarding your membership please contact hpc@cvsvets.com.

We’re delighted to confirm that the Shawbury team are also moving to the Shrewsbury branch where they will continue to care for your pets alongside their colleagues.
